Peggy Ann Hogan, 81, formerly of Victoria, passed away June 14, 2017. She was born in Victoria, Texas on November 12, 1935, to the late Davis and Lela Maddox Beck. Peggy worked as a secretary at VISD and after many years of dedicated service retired. She was an outstanding China painter, president of the Porcelain China Club, won many awards at the Texas State Fair in Dallas, Texas, and belonged to several community organizations. Peggy was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Doug Winters, Jr., Gwen Winters, Linda Luna, and Ronnie Hogan; sister, Sue DeHaven; and several grandchildren.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Doug Winters, Sr. and Curtis Hogan; and brother, William L. Beck.
The family will gather with guests for a visitation from 6 to 8 pm on Friday, June 16, 2017, at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Shamburger officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
