James A. "Jimmy" Innocenti, age 83, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012. He was born March 31, 1929 in Victoria, Texas to the late Charles William and Erma Zandonatti Innocenti.
Jimmy was a farmer in Victoria County for many years, and was a member of the Victoria County Farm Bureau. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary Hyak and Alice Zeplin; brothers, Tony Innocenti and wife Geri, and Charles W....

Jimmy was a farmer in Victoria County for many years, and was a member of the Victoria County Farm Bureau. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary Hyak and Alice Zeplin; brothers, Tony Innocenti and wife Geri, and Charles W. "Bill" Innocenti and wife Vivian; and sister-in-law, Mary A. Innocenti, all of Victoria; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Irma Innocenti; brother, Ernest Innocenti; brother-in-laws, Sam T. Hyak and Harrison Zeplin; and nephew Robert Hyak and Michael Zeplin.
Visitation will begin at 6 :00 pm Thursday, May 10, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Rosary will be recited 7:00 pm Thursday. The Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 pm Friday, May 11, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery with full military honors under Auspices of Victoria County Veterans Council, AL, CWV, VFW, DAV, MCL, MOWW, Ex-POW, MOPH, VVA and the KWV. Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Innocenti, Wayne Innocenti, Spence Innocenti, Danny Innocenti, Steve Zeplin, Steve Motal, and Charles "Chuck" Innocenti. Honorary pallbearers include Dennis Hermes, James Bednorz, Bradley Innocenti, Kyle Motal, and David Sandidge.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
